An Apple A Day

I try like any other good mom to get my kids to eat healthy. I buy plenty of fruits and vegetables at the market each week and we eat most of them - very little goes bad and needs to get thrown away. In an effort to encourage better snack choices the rule is that there’s no limit on fruit and vegetable consumption - the kids can help themselves as they please. On any other snack they have to ask first and exercise some portion control.

I guess I should have put a little more thought into my two year old having access like her siblings. I didn’t realize that I might find this

And her diapers the next day? *shudder*
