Another Busy Saturday
Well we had another busy Saturday yesterday. We took the new van and my best friend and we headed off to Albany, NY for a big day of shopping. There’s a huge mall there that we like to go to once on a while. It takes about an hour and a half to get there but when you live in the boonies you drive wherever you have to in order to get your mall fix. LOL
I was surprised to see all the Christmas decorations already. I really thought they would at least wait until Friday. Santa Claus was already there taking pictures with the kids. It’s just crazy. I swear it puts pressure on us earlier each year to get all of our Christmas stuff done.
While I intended to do some Christmas shopping I ended buying some new clothes for myself. LOL Now there’s the holiday spirit don’t you think? Forget the rest of you I’m getting a new sweater. I really needed some new things as nothing I have fits anymore. The kids and I will head out next weekend and get the extended family done.

lol you sound like me, except it’s flannel jammies instead of sweaters rofl
i agree tho they do start pouring on the shopping pressure earlier every year and every year it seems to make me move slower lol
