Bitchy Husband
:clddrk: Well the weekend is over and the in-laws have gone home. It went really well, much better than I imagined, with the exception of my dh. He was just plain bitchy all weekend long. Tense and snapping at everyone and just unpleasant to be around. I asked him last night what was wrong and he replied that it was too noisy and chaotic in the house with the company there. We have 4 children ages 8, 4, 2, 1 and it was the company being loud?? I don’t think so.
This morning he and my bil get back from turkey hunting at 8:30am and he walks into the bathroom where I’m drying my hair and says to me “Where’s breakfast? I thought you were cooking breakfast. We came back for breakfast.” I was stunned. He so knows better than to talk to me that way. He did it once about me making his “fucking lunch” for him to take to work and I made it all right - with huge palm prints squashing it flat and mushing it all to bits, shoving it in a ziploc and throwing it at him.
So this morning I looked at him and then just turned on my hair dryer and turned away totally tuning him out. He storms off muttering something about there being no breakfast. Then bil comes upstairs and says that his wife and daughter are still asleep. I turned to Jeff and said with a sweet smile on my face “Now do you see why there’s no breakfast yet? Kinda stupid to cook for people that are still sleeping don’t you think?”
This afternoon after they left I decided to go hoe out my fat clothes from my closet to make room for the new things I bought. When I am dead smack in the middle of this task he walks in lies down on the bed and announces he’s taking a nap could I please be quiet. Hello?? I was here first and it’s just as much my room as his.
I hope that wherever my husband went he returns soon. I miss him. This guy that’s here now? I’m liable to kill him before he leaves for work tomorrow if this bad attitude continues. Anyone got bail money?

Lord, mine gets like that too! He was like that last weekend for Ben’s graduation of all things!! ASS!

I had no idea you were a size 4!! My goodness girl! I will be coming to you after Karli is born for some tips. That is simply amazing. I am so proud of you. Great job!

I don’t take that kind of attitude either. I hope he snaps out of it soon! Maybe he needs a time out (as Bethany age 6 has been known to say to her dad! heehe) She don’t take no guff either.
