Busy Saturday

The snow is gone here. That was pretty short lived but I’m not complaining. I found out from my mom and dad that they got 5 inches of snow and it’s still there. It hasn’t gotten up above 35 degrees in the last week. I am so not ready for this yet.

We had a pretty busy day today. We all got up bright and early so we could go get haircuts. I love my hairdresser because she squeezes all of us in so I only have to make one trip. In one hour she cut Nick’s, mine, Olivia’s and Elizabeth’s hair. Not bad eh? So we all look more presentable than when we showed up this morning. LOL

We went on to the grocery store from there and let me tell you the grocery store is such a fun place on a Saturday morning - NOT!! The place is packed and everybody’s crabby and well, you know the drill. My kids were so good though. You would think with 4 kids in the grocery store I would suffer but they are just so well behaved. I’m very lucky :)

When we got home we had about 45 minutes to put food away and clean up the house before my parents arrived. I sent the kids outside to play and boogied right through the place. I just barely made it. LOL My Dad replaced one last circuit breaker in the breaker box and it looks like everything is as good as new. *fingers crossed* We had a nice visit for a couple hours and then they headed on home.

Jeff just called to say hello. He’s gone hunting for the weekend again but he always calls to talk to me. It’s nice to know that he misses us.

Well I better get something done this afternoon :)

    Oh Julie!! BRRRRR!!!! I am glad your snow is gone for now!! I hope it stays away for a little while!! It sure is pretty though isn’t it??

    snow? omg! rofl sorry i couldnt help but giggle, and here i thought winter was gonna hit me first lol
    4 haircuts in an hour? omg! shoot we do well to get 1 in and out in less than an hour lol
