Doggie Doorbell

August 20, 2004 |

Lauren is at that age where she copies everything she sees. A few words here and there and many actions too. The words and phrases are cute - uh-oh spagheyi-o’s is one of her favorites. She knows the chorus to Old MacDonald by heart now. She holds her nose and says “mee mee”. She looks at books when the rest of us are reading and she loves to bang on the computer keyboard just like mommy and daddy. She really does well for 16 months old.

Imagine the dogs surprise though when she walked over to him, stuck her finger in his eye and said “Ding Dong”.

LOL that is so cute! And I’m looking at that picture of her to the right with her books. What a doll! :)

at that age my daughter would toss out a song or phrase from a TV commercial with the same tones and inflections as the announcer! Our favorites were "Hey! Ya nebber know" (from the lottery commercial) and "Riicoooola" (sung from the Swiss Alps on the cough drop commercial).
