I want to start off by saying thank you to everyone that stopped by and sent me sweet Birthday wishes. That really meant a lot to me to have such great friends “out there” that care as much as you all seem to. It made my night :)

My evening consisted of Jeff’s famous homemade Chinese food dishes that are always so yummy. Then the kids picked out an ice cream cake for me and they put all the candles they could find (smart alecks) on it and then of course had to help me blow them out. Personally I would rather have ice cream cake any day since I don’t really like regular cake at all. WTG kiddos!!

After all the kids baths and putting them to bed Jeff and I watched “The Restaurant” together. Have any of you watched it yet? It is so funny and I am so loving watching it. I just don’t get into these other reality shows where everything is set up and staged. I mean no offense to anyone that likes many of the reality shows on TV. They are not for me so I simply don’t watch them and don’t make any judgement on those that do. But this show really is reality. It follows a restaurant owner from days before he opens his new restaurant and it is supposed to go through the first year to see if the restaurant actually makes it. Jeff and I are really into cooking and Jeff has always dreamed of opening his own restaurant so now we are hooked. It’s on Sunday nights at 10pm here on the East Coast for anyone that might be interested.

    Hi Julie! We’re watching The Restaurant! :) I love Survivor and Amazing Race! They are both great shows! There are a lot of other reality shows that I agree with you on but I’ll defend these three. ;) Loved last night when the waiter went off on a quest to find more red wine- those customers were so annoying! Have a great week and I’m so sorry I missed your birthday! I should probably add a "classmates birthday page!" So Happy Belated Birthday!!!

    Boy, I sure do feel like a jerk for missing your birthday! I’m glad to hear your family made it a good one for you!

    I’m ROFL about Jeff and the swing! LOL That story is just way too funny - even if you were mad at the time. *Ü*

    We have GOT to get on IM and catch up sometime! I never see you on… I guess that’s what happens when you have 47 kids in your house, huh?
