As you know my blogging has been sporadic at best lately. I’ve wanted to post more but just have not made the commitment to find the time. Then I read over at Chookooloonks that Mrs. Kennedy of Fussy fame has proposed NaBloWriMo. It’s based on the idea of National Novel Writing Month where participants are asked to write a 50,000 word novel in one month. With NaBloWriMo Mrs. Kennedy proposes that for the month of November, participants commit to posting a blog entry every single day for the entire month. I like it. I signed up for it. I like that it has the same promise as NaNoWriMo in that under the pressure of posting every single day it will help eliminate that obsessive “What should I write about…” and I’ll just have to post - anything. So there may be some crap posts for the month of November but there will be a post every single day. Why don’t you join me?
