Oh What A Beautiful Day

It’s sunny and 70 degrees here in the Northeast today. We’ve worked out in the yard, gone to the school to collect donations for the 5th and 6th grade fundraiser and dad and son went panning for gold ;)

Now I’m going to shower off the layer of grime that has collected from working in the dirt in the great outdoors. Then we’re going to dump the kids at their grandmothers and go out to dinner with my best friend and her husband. She is moving to the south in a couple of weeks so this is kind of a goodbye dinner. *sniff, sniff* I’ll be the one in the corner sobbing into my margaritas.

This weather does a lot for the spirits though, doesn’t it? I can’t wait to get back outside tomorrow.

    I take it the snow is gone and spring is definitely there? It’s awesome when the cold is gone, less depressing isn’t it?
