Rainy Wednesday

It is a miserable, rainy, windy day here in Vermont. We were woken up at about 3am to wind just howling around the corners of the house. It is a scary, eery sound. We have had siding come off the house before in high winds and now every time the wind kicks up that’s all Jeff and I can think of.

Tonight we are going to Open House at Nick’s school. I am anxious to see his classroom and his work he’s been doing as well as meet his teacher. She is new to the school this year and I must say that my son seems to love school this time around and she appears to really motivate the kids to learn.

After Open House the PTO is putting on a Potluck Supper. They provide drinks and dessert and then each family brings a dish. We made Shepherd’s Pie last night and boy it sure looks yummy :) Only Nick, Olivia and I will go to the dinner afterwards. Jeff is going to take the babies home as it’s a little tough to deal with the 2 babies at dinner also :) Jeff gets a little tense when the 2 youngest get demanding.

Well I must get going on my day with the kiddos. Have a wonderful day everyone!!

    Hi Julie!! How was the Open House?? I bet you had a good time!! We had Joshua’s last night and it was pretty fun. It is fun to see their little projects..LOL!!!
