Well I think maybe, possibly the rain is letting up. It hasn’t actually rained at all this morning but the clouds are still pretty dark. If these kids don’t get outside soon I will be certifiable!! LOL

No big surprises on American Idol last night was there. It was nice to see Justin and Tamyra from the last show. Tamyra sounds so professional now I thought. April was right, good thing I didn’t take any bets on last night’s show huh? LOL

I am sooo tired today. The sleep I’m getting is just getting worse and worse and less and less. Not because of the baby though. LOL Well a little bit maybe, she is staying awake until 11 or 11:30pm every night but then she sleeps until 7 or so which is great. Elizabeth has been up a few times every night for almost a week now and last night Olivia came in with us and apparantly forgot why she got up again and so I was up changing sheets (ours) at 4:30am. Then Lauren decides since I’m awake she’d like a bottle and by the time we are done it’s 5:15 and the alarm is set for 5:30am. *sigh* Such is life .

I have one daycare parent that has been dropping subtle (NOT) hints about how we aren’t doing as many art projects as we used to and while I know this is true do you think she could try and put herself in my shoes for just a moment or two? This is the person who cannot even shower or get ready in the morning until after she has dropped her son off here but expects that I can crank out the art projects (that I have to do most of myself because my crew is so young) with 8 children ages 4 and under. I’m sorry but there is no “S” on my chest. So today she will get a lovely piece of white paper with scribbles all over it for her art project. LOL We do circle time, story time and review our basics every single day. We have themed discussions and work big time on our social skills. I don’t think not doing an art project every single day should be that crucial. JMHO

I’ve taken down my comments that I had as they were taking forever and a day to load. I have downloaded and installed Greymatter, now it’s just a matter of formatting the templates and then I will be good to go with comments again.

Just wanted to mention also for those that love Dove chocolates they now have ones out that have little sayings in the wrapper. Things like “Have chocolate before bed to sweeten your dreams”. OK!! LOL Or “Eating chocolate is like giving yourself a big hug.” Love these!! LOL

Well I must get back to work.

    oh i love the lil chocolate sayings, kinda makes ya feel less guilty when you look at it that way lol sounds like you daycare mom doesnt seem to grasp how hard it can be keeping things running as smoothly as possible with so many lil ones. hope you have a great friday hon! huggs
