Today is Monday……

Well what a busy weekend it turned out to be. We had a wonderful visit with my parents on Saturday. My Dad just loves playing with the baby. He would hold her all day if Lauren would let him. LOL Elizabeth recognizes Grandpa right away and brings him books as soon as he gets here each time. She’s so cute.

Yesterday I was trying to get a bunch of laundry done (I am ALWAYS behind on laundry) when Nicholas informed me that the VCR was broken. Well I went to check it out and sure enough the heads were shot. Well I need the VCR for my workouts every morning so it was off to Walmart we went. LOL Now since I live in the boonies that is a 45 minute drive each way. But I NEEDED a new VCR. LOL So of course I had to pick up some other things while I was there and then decided that I would get the VCR/DVD combo machine now that we are collecting both and $250 later I was out of the store. I try not to go there but once a month because I always think of so many things I NEED and end up spending a small fortune. LOL

Lauren and Olivia had gone with me and we had to stop and go grocery shopping before we got home but they were both so good. It was 6:30pm when we got home. After getting supper and baths and picking up the house (which mysteriously explodes every time I leave dh home with the kids) I fell into bed at 11pm. Why are the weekends so short and why do they go by so fast??

    your house sounds like mine lol leave for 2 minutes and some disaster manages to strike lol
    im like you i try to avoid walmart alot too and send greg to do the shopping ’cause once i get in there i go broke way too fast lol hope you have a wonderful day! huggs

    You only shop once a month? OH MY HECK! I would have a heart attack when they rang up a month’s worth of "schtuff" at the same time. ROFL!

    Glad you got your new DVD/VCR combo… gotta keep that workout going! *Ü*
