Well the rain is back again! After last years drought this has to be the wettest spring. My son was supposed to go on a field trip today that has been postponed twice due to rain and now I bet they didn’t go today either.

The kids have been totally out of control today. Jumping all over everything, screaming and hollering. It’s just been intolerable. I am about to pull my hair out today. Then my husband decides to call in the middle of it all and ask if I can put the cover on his boat, his 18 foot boat, by myself out in the rain! I tell him “Okay but you better bring your tools home.” “Why?” he says. My reply “Because if I leave the kids alone to go out and cover your boat they will break something for sure.” “Never mind” he says “The boat was meant to get wet anyway.” Darn right it is! LOL

I went out on the deck this afternoon to take down the umbrella from the patio table and something caught my attention out of the corner of my eye. There hanging on my chimney is a BAT! I have never seen one hanging, sleeping on the house like that ever before and it is creeping me out totally like Dracula is waiting there or something. LOL It’s so small really like maybe 6 inches long but it gives me the heebee-jeebees.

Well I better get back to finding a Father’s Day project for the kids to do. Mother’s Day was so easy, there were a ton of projects to choose from. Not for Father’s Day though.

Until next time…

Gosh, I leave for a week and the BATS take over! EEEKKKKKK!! ROFL!! I think I laugh everytime I come to your blog. You always have something super-interesting to tell… I guess that comes with running a daycare. I can’t believe your Hubby wanted you to cover the boat… DUH! ROFL
